Product Manager
•    Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
•    Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers. Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute
•    Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product

•    3+ years of product management experience
•    Knowledgeable in technology
•    Computer Science or Engineering degree or work experience a strong plus.
•    Is the trusted advisor to the partners
•    Manages support delivery
•    Knowledgeable on a wide range of Microsoft technology with industry recognized   IT Operations certification
•    Maintains Support Delivery Plans that capture situation and analysis Order processing
•    Manages the delivery and follow-up of proactive support designed to reduce reactive support cases and costs

Channel Sales Executive

Sales Executive Job Purpose: Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with Business Partners/Resellers.
Sales Executive Job Duties:

•    Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
•    Sells IT products and solutions (Mainly Servers, Storage and Networking products) by establishing contact and developing relationships with Business Partners/Dealers
•    Maintains relationships with Business Partners/Resellers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
•    Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
•    Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
•    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
1.    Channel / Distribution Sales experience for IT products – Preferred
2.    Good Communications skill – English and Khmer
